been having my tips stolen for months i ask my boss to file a complaint or help me find out who keeps taking them she told me its not her job this is the 4th boss i have had since june this year every boss besides this one has put there names on the tips when your not supposed too im disappointed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are great and stick up for you when your being treated unfair by managers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to listen to there employees when they ask them for help imstead of be rude and disrespectful to the point i am about to quit and thats not fair to me with having 3 kids this close to Christmas i shouldnt have to ask to be heard i deserve more then this
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more professional and not so rude when i was interviewed she told me i lied i worked there before even when i said i never worked dunkins in my life she went and looked up my social and tried to match it the other persons and it proved i was right worst interview ever
