I got hired as an assistant manager/shift supervisor and when my first manager left thats where the store went down hill. I get paid okay, but my issue is that the new managers are always trying to find a way to send me further away or cut my hours. Every other week and no acknoledgement of my role
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont qualify for any benefits because at my location there is technically no fulltime employees. I feel undervalued by every manager i had and it made me extremely stressed because each day im worried im going to be sent to another location. My hours are consitsantly cut without a reason.
