Haven't been allowed to go on break sometimes, not enough employees scheduled to run the store smoothly, have found expired food being sold, equipment is not cleaned enough, my tips were taken without any notice, have been forced to work past my scheduled shift, also the espresso tastes bad

Literally everything. Communication, scheduling, etc.

Higher pay, ability to go on breaks without punishment, more employees on shifts so not as stressful, cleaner work environment,

There is no training and little good management. Employees need to be taught and also not be on their phones 24/7
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get back to potential employees faster, don't ghost people who got turned down, make sure its a manager doing the interview NOT a shift lead
