I have come a long way and have mastered pretty much everything. I have seen people come and go, and I have stayed through it all. The pay is not great at all, for the amount of effort that I put in each day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know how to have a great time, while still doing an awesome job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager made me laugh, and made a little of my nervousness go away.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a small town pitstop where everyone goes on the regular, and you feel comfortable
What makes you most happy at work?
All of my regular customers make me real happy. I feel like I'm a special part of their day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work way too hard and really commit to my job, and I feel it goes unnoticed. A pay raise would make me feel a lot better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to put the correct people in the hiring position. There are too many people who are hired, that just have no clue what they are doing, even after months of working there.
