Best work experience and job location I have ever worked at/for, hands down 100 and 50 percent!! I couldn't think of anywhere else that I feel like I would rather be employed at or be a part of.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work team that I get to be a part of each and every shift every day. They help brighten my days and keep me going strong.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very diverse and accepting of any and all culture and types of walks of life and individuals who both are a part of the work team at our store and our customers/guests who enter and order from our store every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that our GM is up front and very informative and doesnt beat around the bush when it comes to things needing to be done or helped with in the store and how things are ran and how she was also sincere and compassionate and understanding during my interview process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always have each other's backs when its push comes to shove and in a rush at work and are super busy and even during our slow times we are always either one step right beside each other or one step behind following up with what needs to be done next. This includes everyone on our work team!
