Managers are completely unprofessional. I was sexually harassed by my general manger almost daily while working with the company and punished by receiving no hours by the GM when I wouldn't hang out outside of work.

Nothing made me happy at work.

Improve communication among eachother and practice team work

They hired anyone on the spot
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There was literally nothing positive about my experience with Dunkin' brands.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued because I would show up and do my job and yet it seemed I still couldn't do anything right and other managers were given more hours than me. Manager showed favoritism of certain managers and employees.
