the enthusiasm showed at work and taking care of the customers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

seems like no one is fulfilling contract compromises and what is worse we don't even know who to talk to get help!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

In my experience so far has been terrible, no one has the right information we don't know to whom go to ask for help and information is very disorganized and after a month and a half the payment roll stills a mess, please help!
