Started in 2017 as an agent, learned so many things that I never even thought about, before joining the company. I had applied for various roles, always unsuccessful. I have worked very hard for 2,5years, and eventually applied for the Recruiters position. Became a Recruiter in 2019 and ongoing.

No pay rise in 2 years, no development opportunities after 3 years and total 5 years in the company

The fact that I get to meet new people every day and offer them a career opportunity that might change their life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we get to meet people from all over the world, learn new things about other cultures and working in a modern healthy office with lots of people around.
