There is always something to do, you never get bored and the day goes by quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though the benefits are good, the salary is lower compared to the rest of BPOs in the market, which does not make us so attractive when hiring.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are very different people and not all of them have the same habits, that sometimes makes it difficult to find meeting points. I think leaders should be more careful with internal rules.
