Sitel is a great company, however, I think that within the last year or so, the transparency of the company disappeared and that creates fear and questions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to focus on management development and retention, we feel that there are not clear plans for 2023, we didn't have a meeting with the leadership team to discuss objectives, etc. The only person that provided any kind of assistance was my leader but she didn't get any support.
