I feel so disappointed about my current work situation, I learned new things, but feel sad that my superviors make me do tasks with higher responsibilities, but they dont recognize my effort neither, propose me another job position or a salary increase or any, I feel im just being used and exploded

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My supervisors make me do more tasks besides the ones in my position, but I don't receive any increase in my salary or recognition. ;(
