It was really good in the beginning but when it comes to permissions or stuff that is not in our hands I feel helpless. For example, my schedule has a lot of avail and the goals of TPH is impossible to achieve if all day we barely have cases, so I just hope something can be done about that.

Just keep employees more motivated, since almost all contests they do are for CDMX only
