I really recognize that this is the best work I ever had and I actually I worked in a lot of companies and different areas of customer service and Sitel group is the only one that every day shows the importance of their collaborators and make us feel motivated.

My team is the best, everyone of us take care of each other and not only in working terms, we have good interactions and understanding in every group meeting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the bonuses we are able to have during the month they are easy to reach and are motivating to receive a good pay for only completing our work correctly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very healthy and comfortable because we have the opportunity to express ourselves with freedom because our coworkers are open minded and don't misjudge anyone, so this make me feel really satisfied.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is excellent, they are very helpful and focused on how is the better way to motivate us and also to help too, they have a good attitude and they are the adequate persons to manage the teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
It really makes me happy having the opportunity to work at home and also the breaks are very useful for me, I really appreciate my work ship time because it allows me to continue studying and working at the same time.
