At the beginning all was ok. Lately, it seems that every decision made at Shark Ninja is every time the worse, which makes me feel no confidence on my managers as they lost the "peoples first" principles. By making us feel guilty about these "Fake steps given"

Wage increasing according to the economic inflation the country is passing through.

Verbal communication skills. To do not superimpose the numbers (Metrics) over the human beings.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The workload is increasing since December the last year. No Wage increasing according to the economic inflation has been discussed yet. I am not clear the enough about my duties as QA. Leadership (Manager) does not inspire me confidence as leader not as human.
