A good experience. Like most jobs, it is important to adapt to the processes and be learning all the time, it's important to be constant, I've had an opportunity to improve because of the processes that must be followed an also I've been using my skills to perform at my top.

to be near the workers. I don't even know who they are xd
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It is not about their roles and performance related to the work but because of their manners and view of life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In order that we work till super late at night, there is no way money or something can compensate for that. Just think someone in America working till 11 pm at night, how would they be paid? I think our effort should be better recognized.
