All things could be better, but overall this is the best company I have worked for in the BPO industry, its great the WFH dynamic which somehow allow me to have more free time, with commuting I don´t have that much, my salary could be better but its above average so I'm glad for that

The "seem" to care bout ya as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
its diversity and inclusiveness, they don't judge you or something like that as long as you do a good job which is reasonable.
What makes you most happy at work?
WFH, no dealing with people on site, could be a traumatic experience and even though the salary is not as high as it should be it is still above other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are open to speak about any topic when it comes to sharing, which is good, some of my coworkers could be more conservative but it shouldn't be an issue at the end of the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are companies that have higher wages and are more flexible. We get pay really low, a low income person in USA earns more than us, but we make them equal or more profit than a USA worker, our wages should be higher than the current ones.
