I really like to work here, here is the best place that I ever worked in my entire life, but the company has some bad leaders which do not respect its collaborators, there are a lot of people which lives with fear of everything because of some leaders.

Our team is really unite, we work together and take our company values really serious.

My team, we really look for ways to improve everyone's results and how we can help everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I am treated as stupid and uncapable by the leadership, I receive less than people wich does the same service than I.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our director Fred is really good, he really looks for our vallues and follow them, he is an example, but he is an exception too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is really taken serious from the most part of our executive team, but there are leader which do not follows our values and treat people really bad.
