my experience has been 85-90 percent good, from things i've seen i could say that only 10 or 15 percent is unsatisfactory. starting with the nursing team that they company has, which is lousy, the care they provide you there is super rude and they do not help you at all.

i would not speak for the whole team but for certain people who are the ones who support you when there is any doubt
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because the benefits that they give us, such as restaurants, are in the area where the company is located, which is far away for me, therefore i cannot enjoy those benefits,
