What do you like best about the leadership team?

Overall I think keeping the focus towards reaching different goals for the accounts we support to is important.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Despite different challenges that we may have , we strieve to work together, we create resources and tools to perform better every day

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The values and the culture is really strong, but the living of it changes per location. It has a positive vision of what would like to be accomplished.

What makes you most happy at work?

Learning new things and enhancing my experience in the QA world, being able to provide with ideas and being recognize monetary and non monetary, celebrating successes is crucial it helps to motivate and continue executing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Based on workload and the things that we do, we are executing the job from different departments, bonuses are not realistic and hard to achieve, there is always an excuse for not receiving monetary recognition, motivational activities in W@H are none, we just started to have some recently.
