there's too much stress at work and mainly focused on corrective counseling, we need more a culture of training and development of course demanding for performance but through constant support not just tell the people to do it
out leadership needs to really focused on our needs, the tools we need to be able to do our job, check how do we feel in regards the actions they take and take our feedback into account to work on the improvement
we have a lot of work with much less salary than other places where people does the same job as I do, or you work on reducing the work or increasing the salary a bid more, we also need development programs so we can grow individually since this is not available for eveybody
