I have completed two years in the company now. I was hired during the pandemic. I was not sure how the company would be. But I am satisfied with the work. But due to my dedication, I have been given two additional projects to manage. And it is becoming a little difficult to manage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We hire diverse employees. We do not differentiate between religions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid for my Internet even if I work from office.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am responsible for making my teams budget. It gives me confidence.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is aware of me among the several other managers who work in the company. I get the feeling of working in a company that has few employees but we actually have thousands of employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of my team is very tenured. They are sincere and hardworking. Another of my team is less than a year in the company. I interviewed most of them and they are all excited to be working here.
