Better compensation as per market standards. Higher Appraisal rate. Promotions.

Get more projects, reduce notice period and bring more Internal Job Posting

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Make team meeting i.e. Lunch or dinner once in every quarter. Create more IJPs, Take for a weekend trip.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

MONEY AND PROMOTIONS. REDUCE NOTICE PERIOD IF THE EMPLOYEE WANTS TO LEAVE ORGANISATION. OR HAVE MORE IJPs SO THAT EMPLOYEE CAN MOVE TO DIFFERENT TEAMIF HE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CURRENT ONE.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's dreadful going to work. Everything is haywire. Nothing is in hierarchy. Management loves to realign the work of employees every month even if they are not interested. Change the management. That's one way of improvement.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to hire more people instead of Overburdening the remaining employees. Give better appraisals. Have a clear vision on work. There should be more IJPs. But still, they will do whatever they wish. They don't care about their teams.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual Appraisal is almost peanuts (2-3%). Inflation is around 6-7%. Annual appraisal should be 15-20 %. also, Promotion should be given even though employee is doing BAU work. Not everyone on the team can take initiative or bring some project

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

NOTICE PERIOD SHOULD BE REDUCED SO THAT EMPLOYEES DONT FEEL STUCK HERE. BECAUSE OF 90 DAYS NP, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GRAB OPPORTUNITES OUTSIDE. ALSO, ANNUAL APPRAISAL SHOULD BE AROUND 15-20 %. PROMOTION SHOULD ALSO BE GIVEN BASED ON TENURITY IN WORKPLACE
