Its good if your manager is good. I am happy but some of my colleagues are not because of bad supervision. Most of its good.

Being able to innovate, work at my pace mostly and learn new things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I qualify for one level up and 35% more pay. I feel if I look out, can get a better pay. Also, it will be helpful to travel to locations we manage once a quarter but for over a year, we are not permitted due to cost
