I am so disappointed with the harmonization since I never had my salary increase since then knowing I am working turning 6 years this coming July. I feel I never valued to how I perform and contributed to the company.

The basic salary has no increase since then. The internet allowance was decreased. The harmonization really made me disappointed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't know since the harmonization disappoint me. I don't have the time to know the activities related. I perform to the team and that's important to me for now.
