What I love with this company is that it is not toxic, people are friendly and disciplined since then even before the company is still Sykes however, people have felt the change after it has been acquired by Sitel now Foundever. It is not the same anymore. People felt undervalued due to the salary

I feel undervalued since I have been working in this company for almost 5 yrs now but my salary is much lesser than the other agents who are new to the company I may say. I would feel better about my compensation if it would be increased fairly
