I started not expecting too much, after a few weeks I had the opportunity of develop myself in other position, then a few weeks later another promotion knocked the door, since then I'm having some troubles getting another promotion. With my direct leader I'm very satisfied.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Help me getting information and enrolling to some programs here about savings, besides that, The micro management it's something that I don't feel comfortable and they are doing a lot of this.
