What are some of the best things about your team?

Very supportive, solution focused individuals. Lots of characters, with different interests that I find very interesting.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Valuing the support team, we are all very underpaid for the role we do- recruiting for the business!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

This pay issue has created a very toxic environment, my team are on minimum wage and will put in minimum effort- I cannot set targets, coach loses as everyone feels unhappy with the current situation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

After no communication when the government announcing a national minimum wage increase, putting the support team on minimum wage, then asking people to wait for the merit scheme in April- for it then to be cancelled. I do not trust the company moving forward.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Value recruitment, support functions use to be a step up within Foundever, and have now become a step down. Having to ask internal movers to take a pay cut to join recruitment. Need to make sure that everyone is paid a fair wage for the work they do, for the greater good of the business.
