Good experience, met some nice people. Only bad thing is no one is dong anything to fix the Air Conditioning and it is becoming a really serious Health and Safety Hazard as we are forced to work in this heat. This needs fixing ASAP as complaints from employees are raising.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To not let people talk bad about others religion and insulting it. Any religion talk should have consequences as most of the time someone gets discriminated and hurts their belief.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Air Conditioning. Serious Safety Hazard, employees feeling to faint, the room is 20+ degrees and no one is doing anything to sort it out ASAP as it is a serious Health and Safety hazard. Forced to work in heat is unacceptable.
