The company is ok , as mention i only recently started so i need to see how it plays out , an hope that Found Ever is not just like every call center that promise there grow in there company an then you work for more than a year in the same position with same salary.Not growing at all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we constantly support one another , so when there is no around or if are team manager is in a meeting an have a queries to address they would help me assist with that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That doe event for specials days and that each month or two they hold a reward ceremony just to congratulate the employee for their hard work , by also giving the top hard worker a reward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That constant check up on us to make sure, our need and concern are valid , an that whenever we need to ask him for something he would take time he has available to do it for us.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that make me happy is know that i will be on calls with some customer who wants help , an other who constantly angry at you which does not make me happy, but the one thing I'm happiest is when working on chats or back bill cases, complaint that way i can take look and fixed whatever it is
