I accepted the role because it was remote. I divorced, I moved and now and am on a new relationship. Lost my baby, and kept working at this place. Look, I am excellent in what I do and take pride in it, but the payment I obtain from Foundever is not enough for my living expenses. Please pay me more

What are some of the best things about your team?
We greet sometimes and smile, even though we're all separated in the production floor, which I don't mind. I like to be of help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise my salary! I cannot afford to have the actual salary, is not enough for my living expenses and I really want to build a career with Foundever.
What makes you most happy at work?
Paydays, breaks, lunch times, ending my shift... Also the WOW calls, those are the best, they trigger an emotion of belonging and leave my callers with the so, called "Customer Experience" they will remember me for sure.
