Being at Foundever has brought me the opportunity to fulfill my bachelor's degree and my mental and physical health. I am grateful for that and for the people I have known here. However, as every big place, there are some things that should improve, like the grantee of bonuses and compensations.

That they are kind and when times are hard to stand, they make you smile, they make you feel better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are allowed to be human beings with necessities. Our requests for space and time are taken into account.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HR or Documentation, they use to take too long to provide the compensations. For example, I've been waiting three months for a kind of 'feeding allowance' I was supposed to receive as a compensation for the returning to work from home to site and I haven't received it.
