I use to heard many good thing about sitel but people says that since we are foundever thing got worst, people use to get raise salary every year and bonus were reachable but now you guys still pay minimun salary and put hundreds excuses to no pay bonus

been distracted from my life that isn't exciting because of many debts

some activities but I have noticed that tenure people has more posibility to get into so that is not too good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
you should pay bonus, this is the first company in 4 different BPO that I been at an just you guys don't pay bonus or look for excuses to pay it, only tenures with more than 3 months can get bonus, that is ridiculus, only 10 % of LOB can get bonus that is crazy,
