What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

flexible schedule which most employees to not have

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

get some executives that don't lie to everyone, you can't promise raises on the next pay check and then cancel them and think you will get good reviews.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our leader cares about us and our team has each other's backs. The team is the reason I stay at Foundever. The benefits are lacking, the pay is unequal, so that only leaves the team and flexible work schedule as reasons for remaining here.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop lying about raises. How about an actual award for IT town hall? The average team has NO confidence in our leadership. They laid off people on the IT side that were needed and their absence has made getting things done more difficult. Instead of laying off regular workers, lay off executives.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

my pay should align with my work experience and position code to mirror the same amount of money that others make. I should actually go report how differently some staff is underpaid. I believe it falls under the Equal Pay Act to pay someone that same rate for the same work and position.
