Like i earlier said, company is good, team are good but i can't run my family with all these, to run the family i need money and growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
only one thing is great in company is my team, they are very helpful and getting great support from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing right now, initially i was so happy because i thought people work here since more than 8 to years so might be they are getting great hike and reward but nothing like that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
just a good pay, because neither getting the fair salary nor any hope for growth in this company. see i m not asking for 15-20% of hike every year, if you guys gave me 8-10% of hike every year then everything is great.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
about work i m totally fine with it i m just scared of my growth regarding the pay, my salary is not that enough now to see my self satisfied. just i want is i need compensation for my three years of work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A person works for growth and development but what i can see here is that only upper management, Directors, CFO, CEO and all other high authorities only getting great, this is my 3rd year but no hike no increment and PACMAN is laughing subject because its not depend on your hard work.
