it's a lot of pressure, largely due to a demanding client, and i enjoy a challenge, but I don't like feeling like what's being asked of me is impossible to get accomplished and has been designed by someone that's never actually done the job so they have no idea what works and what does not.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it's never enough. the pay is fair for the job, but the list of items that we're supposed to be able to get accomplished each day is impossible to do, IF we do each task the way it's supposed to be done. Even multi-tasking, it's too much.
