I do like the opportunity provided for full time work from home, however, really wish the standard of management and overall staff could be better in terms of knowledge, friendliness and approachability. i dislike that annual appraisals are not done timely, fairly and regularly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Regular annual appraisals and being fair with that based on workload and efforts an employee puts in.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Digging deep into feedback from employees and trying to understand the background of it and aim genuinely to foster an environment of supporting and not just exist there for the sake of it. leadership should be approachable and helpful. not just to listen and ignore employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work from home provision and the fact that more often than not, we need to help ourselves if we get stuck somewhere at work on some assigned tasks as option of support is too minimal from anyone. hence, we learn to figure out things for ourselves although lack of meaningful support is disappointing
