I try to find the positive in every day and i am an optimistic person, but the overall launch of the current site has been messy, without structure. The whole new project is founded on impossible promises and then we and the agent are blamed for not making unreachable target

The compensation is not the same between the people at the same level in the same office. My salary is way lower than market average
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The start of the site was messy, there were issue at the upper management level that reflected in the overall operation making thing harder to accomplish
