we not longer have more incentive to work, prices to win for the hard work, no more benefits, no more appreciations for my work witch sometimes makes me feel not appreciated. like I don't care in the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a Team Manager, more responsabilities and more work but I have agents in my team that earn more than me, also I live far from the office so I never can enjoy events or have any of the gifts or parties. And the company never send anything of appreciation to my house as before.
