Pretty much highs and lows. I was able to make to small career which is very good, but bit by bit jobs with former responsibility are losing more and more responsibility. Decisions, even on pretty low operational level, are done more and more by higher levels. Feeling of one is incapacitated

Team spirit, members feel and behave responsible/accountable

Not boring at all ...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At lower hierachie level there's a lot of teamwork, respect and helpfulness
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Depends, on global level communication is more or less working. But at local level communication is poor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I've led a tem of 180 employees as an OM, my salary was lower then my wife's salary, who leads a team of 5 employees in public services. Public service in Germany is not known as an employer with high salaries.
