I have enough experience to be effective, fulfill my missions. When new procedures are imposed, I adapt and apply them with interest as a new little challenge that breaks the routine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A mutually respectful exchange. Sometimes requests for flexibilities are necessary. And the exchange of flexibility within the limits of professional consciousness of course is well balanced, and I think that both management and me can fulfill our mission in this way.
