I think the opportunity Foundever offers to work from home is excellent. This avoids the stress to wasting time commuting to go to the office when it's not necessary, since we work from a computer. however, having a very low salary doesn't motivate you to work, and so the the stress lncrease

If we talk about my TM, I like him because he tries to humanize a job in which you're often just a number.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recognize yourself as a person from another country who works and respects the culture of the country where you are working and living
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As previously mentioned, the salary is too low, and there's little incentive to move on to new positions where the salary remains too low. This doesn't encourage you to change positions within the company, but it does encourage you to leave Foundever and look for another company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Foundever salary is clearly too low and doesn't allow for a decent lifestyle in Lisbon. The Foundever salary is now notoriously the lowest in Lisbon among large companies operating in the capital. The Foundever salary should be adjusted to the cost of living in Lisbon and reach a minimum of 1400
