Being with the people on the phone and the little chats, just being able to make them happy and fulfil their request to their utmost satisfaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that the salary should be generally higher and the Bnusses as well, 10% of the salary is the most which really nobody reaches, it should be much higher at least 30 %.
