I am happy to work in this company. The salary is good, the payments are on time. I am given opportunities to rise and I am valued and appreciated. I feel secure enough but not completely, due to previous experience. In general terms, I feel satisfied.

I am talking about the work and the Team Leaders listen to me. The colleagues are great. Noone ist underestimated.

There is a lot of work, I have been told that I am doing a fantastic job and I should earn more.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am given chances for development and they respect me. None of the less, I work at home and that makes a huge difference in my life.
