Is a very good company to work for very stable but the salary is unfair compared to other companies. The benefits are limited to certain positions and the compensation are very rare. In few words please work on compensation and benefits for all employees despite the possiton.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As senior agent with more than 15 years withing the company has less benefits that first entry agentes. For example, Personal days, Private insurance and medical discounts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am working on site so there is not much people arround and the eviroment is very nice. Once in a while we gathertogether and do some teambuilding activities.
