We are not paid fairly and speacially seniors are not valued as they earn the same as NH. The company invest in NH (signing bonus) but NH do not anymore stay long as salary is not competitive on the market. We need a better base salary and not bonuses.

We need a fair salary!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
agents and Mentors need to be paid more fairly. salary is not enough to provide security (housing & food got over the years more expensive) but paying workers only minimum wage is not fair & not enough on all ends! career plan is frozen & people working longer in the company are not valued enough!!!
