The company has done so much to invest in my development and help me see success personally, professionally and financially. This was my first job straight out of college, and I tell everybody I plan to retire here. I've been with the company for almost 10 years, and it keeps getting better!

The people!!! The people make the job fun- we have fun with each other.

The best part of compensation is having Incentive Units (essentially stock) in the company which grows with the company.

Our people care so much not only for their own career but to support and rally around each other!

The people are positive and hard working. We always work hard to support one another and help each other hit goals.

Uncapped commission and employee stock/incentive units for solid performance. The sales quotas to earn bonuses and rewards also stay the same year after year.

They take care of our people and do everything they can to ensure our people are happy and want to stay at Insight Global for their long term careers.

We have fun together. We keep the energy high. We feed off the energy of others and we keep each other motivated and push each other to always be better.
