I am currently working from home- not allowing a toxic co-worker environment to influence me

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

On the low end for LPN, paid only a few dollars more than a Medical Assistant yet expectations are that of an RN who makes 10+ dollars more an hour.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Change the expectation that one person can do the job of three.
