Lamar has been great to me and my family. I have worked for several other large and publicly traded outdoor companies and Lamar shines much brighter than any I have worked for in the past. Lamar's technology is very impressive compared to its competitors.

They are consistent and not on a mission to reinvent themselves every time a hurdle appears
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The stock options have not been available since 2012-2013. This was a tremendous benefit that went away without any explanation.
