Comradery is important here. It is vital to keep a positive, productive work environment. It starts with me at the top.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think "undervalued" is the incorrect term to use. In our position, we are on the ball 24/7, 365. We have to be! The level of responsibility we have is tremendous, the buck stops with us. A higher base salary would do wonders.
