I genuinely like them as people. I think they are all valued team members in there own way working to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Caring for one another. I feel we all care about each other in one way or another. People from time to time have bad days but I think we all care and are concerned for each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see a higher salary for GM's. We are encouraged be leaders in our communities but our salaries do not reflect it. We give annual raises to our employees but GM's rarely see an increase.
